  Day 1 

Land at Ilulissat airport, which has regular flights from Reykjavik, Iceland and Kangerlussuaq, Greenland (connecting from Copenhagen) - where you will be met by your personal Nomad host. They will be available for you for the rest of the trip. 

Choose from a wide range of all inclusive activities in and around Ilulissat.

Late afternoon transfer to Disko Bay camp.Welcome dinner and drinks at camp.

Day 2

Breakfast

Zodiac RIB excursion through Ata Strait to legendary calving glacier, Eqi, where you’ll do a 4 hour hike and picnic.

Zodiac RIB  back to camp followed by dinner in the wild. 

Day 3

Breakfast

Shoreline foraging by kayak in search of blue mussels, cod and halibut fished the traditional way by hand-held line. 

Traditional Greenlandic barbecue lunch.

Visit the ghost town of Qullissat. Once one of Greenland’s biggest cities it was abandoned after the coal mine there was shut down in 1972. 

Fresh fish dinner at camp.

State-of-the-art tipis have king-size or twin beds, with an option to add extras for families; private bathrooms have flushing toilets and hot-water-on-demand showers. We offer gourmet dining and a sauna tent. With just six tents on site, each spaced a generous distance apart, guests are encouraged to do nothing but marvel at the atmosphere of this Arctic wonderland.
