Luz Culinary Wine Lodge is a peaceful place surrounded by vineyards and olive groves with various hiking trails and is only a few steps away from the legendary José Ignacio's beach, where travellers can enjoy ocean breezes and culinary experiences. Sustainability:
- No paper policy, avoiding the use of this resource whenever is possible. No plastic policy, all water bottles are made of glass and reusable, also reusable bottles used for amenities which are naturally and locally made
- Minimum use of electronic devices. For example, no TV and minibar in the rooms
- Implementing a waste management policy. Made a composter for organic waste and classifying plastic, glass, cardboard and paper. The aim is to be actively responsible for the final destination of all waste
- All gastronomic proposals are based in fresh, seasonal, local products. Fish, eggs, vegetables, aromatics are locally produced, coffee locally roasted and even some of alcohol is locally produced (gin, vodka). Organically managing their vineyard (4hectares)

- Institutional support (fire fighters, dressage Uruguayan team, Liga of Jose Ignacio)
- Suppliers’ selection (select local suppliers for the restaurant and hotel requirements)
- Promoting activities, events, restaurants or any other local attraction that will inevitably add to the visitor’s experience
