- Implementing green elements in different ways, such as through their use of Coco-Mat mattresses, Haeckles bath products (the company is sustainable and committed to aiding our planet’s ocean crisis) and ACdO PET lights that mix reused PET bottles with traditional handwoven techniques
- 90% of the fruits, roots and vegetables in menu come from the garden, and since Belizean weather rarely changes, they are available year-round
Community interactions:
- Sponsorship of over 80 yearly fees for students attending Holy Cross Anglican School, with a core mission of providing primary education to kids in Ambergris Caye
- Launched a charitable campaign and T-shirt collection with the mission to raise money for their staff and families
