• The development was accomplished in an area that comprises about 1% of the total land. Nearly all the property's trail system installation prevented the clearing of the forest
• Most of the wood used in the hotel's construction was farmed under license, and the rest came from fallen sources
• Focusing on sustainable transplanting. Because it is located in the region's most sun-drenched area, trees are irrigated using mostly treated residual water as well as circulated pool water
